• Preregistration closes Tuesday September 2. It will be possible to register on-site, but we can't guarantee that we will have enough meals available, so on-site registrants will have to wait until those who have been preregistered have been seated for lunch and dinner.

• You can download the registration form, fill it out, and fax or mail it to the address indicated on the form.

• Our conference fees include (for one person) the Friday reception and Saturday dinner, as well as (except for guests) breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, lunch on Saturday and nutrition break. The fees are:

GST of 5% will be added to these fees. Refunds for cancellations will be 50% of the amount paid.
